MYISHA Tax Consultant prepares Individual, Independent Contractors, Self Employed and Corporate taxes. No up front fees are required. We offer Instant Checks, Direct Deposits, Debit Cards and Refunds quick as

10 days for those who qualify. Our office is open all year and our clients receive continued support for all our services.

Additional services include VIP Drop Off/Pick Up Services, Prior Years Taxes, IRS Audit Assistance and Federal & State Offer in Compromise.

All new clients receive a Free Consultation and a $50.00 Discount. We have Special Discounts throughout the year for students,

seniors, and the disabled.

Loretta Robinson, President

Over 30 years banking experience with National Bank of Detroit (currently known as JP Morgan Chase). During her career she

developed exceptional managerial, supervisory, accounting and analytic skills. She managed several projects and bank conversions,

mergers and acquisitions, as well as conducting numerous seminars and workshops. She decided to accept a severance package

and remain in the Detroit area as oppose to relocating. She founded Myisha Tax and Business Consultant in 1989 and started tofocus her attention on providing services to individuals and small businesses. She currently have over 200 clients. Graduate of Detroit

Business Institute received an Associates Degree in Accounting and Business Management, classes at WCCD and University of Detroit.

We are located at 22400 Chippewa Ste, Ste, 101, Detroit, Mi 48219.

We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. Sunday 1pm - 5pm.

APPOINTMENTS ONLY. VIRTUAL SERVICES PROVIDED.

FEES AND EXPENSES

Our Individual Tax Preparation Fees start at $100.00 for State Only tax returns.

Federal, State and City tax returns start at $250.00 and increase based on complexity of the return. Processing fees will be applied based on clients preference. No up front Fees are required if client qualifies for this program.

Business Tax Preparation Fees start at $350.00. Fees increase based on the complexity of the tax return. Processing fees will be applied based on clients preference. No Up Front Fees are required if the client qualifies for this program

We offer new client discounts and monthly discount specials.

We pay $25.00 Cash for Referrals. Some restrictions apply.

We customize our Service Resource Center Fees based on our clients needs and the complexity of their engagement. We prepare an Engagement Letter which identifies the services being requested. Fees can be based on individual services required, a Business Flat Rate Basic Package or the client can elect the hourly rate.

The business Flat Basic Package starts at $1,500.00

The Hourly Rate is $50.00

Financial and Grant Writing/Applications starts is $350.00 and up and is billed separately. The fees are based on they type of application.

Business Support, Marketing and Training Services Fees are determined on a

case-by-case basis.

NO OUT-OF-POCKET INDIRECT COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CLIENT
